3. Client Responsibilities
   • The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete documents as requested by the Appointee (service provider) or expert.
   • Pre-determined fees must be deposited through online payment methods provided by SLOTnumber.com.
4. Advocate Responsibilities
   • The Appointee (service provider) is obligated to perform the agreed-upon services for the client based on the provided documents.
   • Advocates are prohibited from demanding additional fees beyond the agreed terms of service.
5. Liability in Case of Disputes
   • In the event of a dispute, the liability of SLOTnumber.com is limited to refunding the payment made by the client through the platform, in proportion to the incomplete work.
   • If the payment is made directly to the Appointee (service provider), SLOTnumber.com holds no financial responsibility, and no refund can be claimed.
6. Status Updates by Advocates
   Advocates are required to update the status of the work on the platform. If the Appointee (service provider) fails to do so, it may not be possible to assess the completion of the work, which could cause difficulties in resolving disputes.
7. Prohibited Direct Transactions
   • If services are provided directly by an Appointee (service provider) to a client without informing SLOTnumber.com, this will be considered unauthorized, and legal action may be taken.
   • Similarly, if a client directly avails of services from an Appointee (service provider) after discovering them through SLOTnumber.com, bypassing the platform, it will be deemed a violation, subject to legal action.
8. Platform's Role
   SLOTnumber.com serves only as a platform to connect clients with Appointee (service provider)s for legal services. The platform is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or legality of work performed by Appointee (service provider)s or any improper actions taken by clients.
9. Data Security
   • SLOTnumber.com ensures that all client data is securely stored. However, the platform cannot be held responsible for any data theft or breach, and no action can be taken against it for such occurrences.
   • Clients are advised to delete their data or securely store it once their work with SLOTnumber.com is completed.
