Cancellation Policy
- The customer the Appointee (service provider) and client) can cancel their services at any time.
- If the Appointee (service provider) cancels their appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund.
- For any cancellation made by the client, the amount paid through online modes will be refunded in proportion to the incomplete work only.
- In case of disputes, generalinv.com’s liability is limited to refunding the amount received from the client through online mode in proportion to the work not completed.
- If the client pays the Appointee (service provider) directly, generalinv.com will not bear any financial responsibility, and no refund can be claimed.
- We reserve the right to cancel or terminate any work.
Returns Policy
- If any appointment with an appointee (service provider) is canceled under any circumstances, refunds will be processed within 7 days to the original mode of payment if made digitally/online. For cash payments made directly to the appointee (service provider), please contact them directly for a refund.
